Our QA team runs daily tests on a Lloyd LR-50K universal testing machine, hydraulic pressure rigs, ring-stiffness fixtures, Vicat softening apparatus and digital micrometers — the same equipment used by India's top BIS-approved labs. Each result is logged batch-wise so any pipe we ship can be traced back to its test record.

Hydraulic Pressure Test
Every batch is pressurised well above its rated working pressure to confirm zero leaks and full burst-strength compliance.
Tensile & Elongation
Lloyd LR-50K universal testing machine measures tensile strength, yield and elongation per IS 4985 / IS 13592.
Dimensional Accuracy
Digital dial gauges verify OD, wall thickness, ovality and length for every production lot — no out-of-spec pipe leaves the plant.
Vicat Softening & Heat Reversion
Thermal stability tested to confirm pipes hold shape and pressure rating across Indian climate extremes.
Chemical & Density Analysis
Raw material density, ash and resin content tested in-house — only virgin, lead-free compound is approved for production.
Impact (Falling Weight)
SWR and uPVC pipes are impact tested so they survive site handling, transport and installation without micro-cracks.
