Inside Margo Pipes & Fittings: A tour of our Gujarat manufacturing plant

From PVC resin to the final stamp — how a Margo pipe is born across the Margo Pipes & Fittings 200,000 sq ft plant.
A Margo Pipes & Fittings pipe starts life as a fine white powder — virgin PVC resin, sourced only from approved Indian and Korean suppliers. It is blended in computer-controlled mixers with stabilisers, lubricants and impact modifiers in a recipe we've refined over 25 years.
The blend is then fed into twin-screw extruders running at precise temperature and pressure. The molten polymer is shaped, cooled in vacuum tanks, marked, cut and stacked — all without a human hand touching the inside of the pipe.
Every coil and length passes through a five-step quality check including hydrostatic pressure testing. Pipes that don't pass don't ship. It's the simplest promise we make, and the one we never compromise on.
